| Infant and Child Travelers |
 |
| Infants under 2 years of age |
A paying adult passenger may travel with an infant free of charge if you hold the infant for take-off and landing. Please call 800-FLY-SONG (800-359-7664), and ask them to note on your reservation that you will be traveling with a non-fare paying infant. You'll be asked to present written approval from a physician if the infant is less than 7 days old.
If you need a separate seat for the infant, you'll need to purchase an extra ticket. Reduced infant fares may be available by calling 800-FLY-SONG (800-359-7664). If you do use a separate seat, plan to bring a car seat that meets federally approved standards to use during taxi, takeoff and landing. |
| baggage info: checked |
 |
For flights within the US, we accept a max of three checked bags per guest at up to 50lbs max each at no charge (except to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico which allow a max of two checked bags per guest). For international flights we allow a max of two checked bags per guest weighing up to 70lbs. Due to limited space, there is a charge for excess baggage .
Since we allow you to check more bags than most carriers, be sure to look at the baggage policies of other carriers you may be traveling on. Pack based upon the most restrictive policy to avoid excess baggage fees during portions of travel that are not on Song. |
