  • Where We Ship

Babies Travel Lite ships to travel destinations worldwide. We can ship worldwide to any valid physical address serviced by FedEx. We can ship to hotels, resorts, spas, vacation rentals or homes.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes but we will try our best to support our troops by shipping to Military Bases, APO (military) boxes, or FPO (foreign) boxes. If you would like to order baby supplies to an APO or FPO through the USPS, please contact us via email and we will be happy to help you.


  • How We Ship

US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories):
Babies Travel Lite orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express.
When you place your order you will be able to choose from the FedEx shipping methods available to the shipment destination. In most cases you will be able to select from FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2nd Day, and Express Saver (3rd Day).

International Destinations (including Puerto Rico and other US territories):
Orders for international delivery will be shipped FedEx International Express. When you place your order you will be able to choose from the FedEx shipping methods available to the shipment destination. FedEx offers two classes of international shipping International Economy (3 to 5 days transit + time to clear customs) and International Priority (1 to 3 days transit + time to clear customs).


  • Shipping Cost

US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories):
Not withstanding the method of shipping (see How We Ship), shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and its destination. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated real-time at the end of each purchase session, prior to checkout. Since the shipping charge depends on the products you order, you must create your order to find out the cost for the various shipping options available. When you place your order you will be able to choose your desired shipping method.

International Destinations (including Puerto Rico and other US territories):
Not withstanding the method of shipping (see How We Ship), shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and its destination. International shipping is very expensive. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated real-time at the end of each purchase session, prior to checkout. Since the shipping charge depends on the products you order, you must create your order to find out the cost for the various shipping options available. When you place your order you will be able to choose your desired shipping method. Shipments to US Territories and foreign countries will incur any customs duty and taxes charged by the destination country as well as brokerage and any other applicable fees.   • Shipping & Delivery Estimates

What is the total delivery time for my order?
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.



Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.

  • Standard processing time for non-expedited FedEx Ground orders is generally less than 4 business days. Many orders are processed on the date they are placed. Standard processing can take up to 10 business days if any of the items you order is out of stock. Click here to read our policy regarding partial shipments.
  • Expedited processing time for FedEx Express orders is up to 2 business days. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time the order date is not counted in the 2 days.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See FedEx shipping times by shipping method below. Days refer to business days and do not include Saturday and Sunday.

  • Partial Shipments

Babies Travel Lite does not ship partial orders. We will hold your order until all of the items in your order become available. If you have special concerns or need to make special arrangements, please contact a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483.


  • International Shipping Restrictions

When you are ordering to an international address the import laws of the destination country must be followed. Each country determines what products it will disallow or restrict and whether they will require permits to allow certain products entry. Babies Travel Lite has extensive international shipping experience that ensures your order will not end up stuck in customs.

Cosmetics -- Cosmetics include all creams, ointments, powders, soaps, lotions and anything for application on the skin.
Consumable Items -Consumable items include all food items, beverages and formula.


  • Incorrect Shipping Information

Address Corrected By FedEx
If there is an error in the shipping address you enter during checkout and any part of the address is corrected by FedEx, you will be responsible for paying the $10.00 address correction fee.

Package Returned As Undeliverable
If a package is returned to Babies Travel Lite as undeliverable through no fault of Babies Travel Lite because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.


  • Shipping To Multiple Destinations

If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.


  • Shipments Lost In Transit

If your shipment is lost in transit, Babies Travel Lite will offer you the following options:

  1. Babies Travel Lite will ship a replacement box to you.
  2. Babies Travel Lite will issue you a full refund.
Since the loss of an order in transit is the legal liability of the carrier, Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of the carrier loosing your shipment in transit.


  • Shipments Damaged In Transit

If you received damaged product in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please Email us or contact a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 to tell us about the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. See more information on how to proceed when you have received damaged items. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND.

You may use any undamaged products in your order. You will NOT receive a refund for any items you claim are damaged but do not return either because you use them damaged or dispose of them.

We will work with you to determine how to replace the damaged items or issue you a refund after the FedEx claim is processed.

Since product damaged in transit is the legal liability of the carrier, Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of the carrier damaging your order in transit.


  • Shipments Delayed In Transit

If your shipment is delayed in transit, please send us an email or call a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 get further assistance. We will contact FedEx and work with them to minimize the delay.

Delays in transit are the legal liability of the carrier; Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of a carrier not delivering an order as scheduled.


  • Shipments Missing or Lost After Delivery

Babies Travel Lite has no responsibility and no obligation to provide any remedy if your order is confirmed delivered at its destination and is subsequently found to be missing or lost. Babies Travel Lite is happy to work with you as a liaison with FedEx to understand the circumstances surrounding the delivery and subsequent inability to locate the package. Babies Travel Lite has no legal liability to replace the missing or lost package if FedEx determines there was a confirmed delivery.

Babies Travel Lite is not liable for any other damages or any other losses you might experience as a result of a missing or lost package following a confirmed delivery.

If your shipment is missing and there is reason to believe that there was not a confirmed delivery, please refer to Shipments Lost In Transit. A confirmed delivery is any delivery with proof considered valid by FedEx to evidence that they met their delivery obligation.
