RETURN POLICY
NO
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE OR NON-DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Defective
or damaged goods will be accepted for credit or exchange,
at our discretion, within 30 days of original receipt with
a BabiesTravelLite.com Return Authorization (RA). If any product
is returned without a RA Number, we will not process the return.
Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of
orders incorrectly shipped by BabiesTravelLite.com.
Follow
the three easy steps below:

Within 10 days of receipt of the defective or damaged goods,
request a RA number by:

making sure the e-mail includes your name, order number,
item description and reason for return or; |

Telephoning
a Customer Service Representative at (888) 450-LITE. |
2.

Return the product, along with the RA number, to the
attention of Babies Travel Lite Customer Service at
3546 Stoner Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90066.

BabiesTravelLite.com will issue a credit or ship replacement
product within 14 days of receipt of the defective or
damaged goods.
