Return A Product

Follow the procedure below when returning a product to Babies Travel Lite to ensure that you will receive your refund.

1. Within 10 days of receiving your Babies Travel Lite order, request a Return Authorization (RA) number by:
   
   
   • E-mailing us making sure that the e-mail includes your name, order number, item description and reason for return or;
   • Telephoning a customer service representative at 888- 450-5483.
2. Return the product, along with the RA number, to the attention of Babies Travel Lite Customer Service at 3546 Stoner Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90066. Babies Travel Lite is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We, therefore, recommend the following:
   
   
   • Wrap the product and the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
   • For your protection, send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like FedEx or UPS.
3. BabiesTravelLite.com will issue a credit or ship replacement product within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
