Return PolicyBabies Travel Lite has specific return policies based upon the nature of the problem you have with the goods you received from Babies Travel Lite. Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. The product must be received within 14 days from the date of the issuance of your Return Authorization (RA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The returned items must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We will not issue a refund for product damaged during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet our requirements. If any product is returned without an RA number, we will not process the return. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns. The following products are not returnable:

We will pay to have the product returned to our warehouse and either ship out the proper item or cancel your order for a full refund (including your original shipping & convenience charge). If you received damaged product in your order, we want to fix the problem.
