• Non-Defective Returns
• 

Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. The product must be received within 14 days from the date of the issuance of your Return Authorization (RA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

The returned items must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We will not issue a refund for product damaged during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet our requirements.

If any product is returned without an RA number, we will not process the return. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.

The following products are not returnable:

• Food products
• Infant formula
• Feeding Accessories
• Bottles
• Bottle Accessories

• Defective Returns

Defective goods will be accepted for credit or exchange, at our discretion. • Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please Email us or contact a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 to tell us about the problem within 10 days of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. We will pay to have the product returned to our warehouse and either ship out the proper item or cancel your order for a full refund (including your original shipping & convenience charge).

• Damaged Items
• 

If you received damaged product in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please Email us or contact a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 to tell us about the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of your Babies Travel Lite order. See more information on how to proceed when you have received damaged items. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND.
