RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

BabiesTravelLite.com will make sure your favorite baby supplies are waiting for you at the destination of your choice. BabiesTravelLite.com will confirm the delivery address based upon the information you provide during ordering. You will be asked to provide both an address and telephone number. Feel free to provide any additional information you believe might be useful. BabiesTraveLite.com reserves the right to cancel any order if they are unable to confirm the delivery address or become aware of circumstances that will prevent timely delivery. BabiesTravelLite.com will credit your credit card account for the full amount of your order if your order is canceled by BabiesTravelLite.com.

Shipping Information


Where We Ship

Currently, BabiesTravelLite.com offers shipping to destinations worldwide. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, APO (military) boxes, or FPO (foreign) boxes. Shipments to US Territories and foreign countries may incur customs duty and taxes. Please see INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for more information. Foreign laws may prohibit BabiesTravelLite.com from shipping some items to certain foreign destinations.

How We Ship

Orders for US delivery placed at least 10 days prior to your arrival date will be shipped Regular Ground if that service is available to your destination. For any order placed within 9 days of your arrival or for areas not serviced by Regular Ground, BabiesTravelLite.com will determine what method of shipping will ensure timely delivery of your order.

Orders for international delivery will be shipped International Express. BabiesTravelLite.com will determine what method of shipping will ensure timely delivery of your order.

In all cases, not withstanding the method of shipping, shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated real-time at the end of each purchase session, prior to checkout. Since the shipping charge depends on the products you order, you must place your order to find out your exact shipping charge. You will not be charged anything until you have finalized the order, so feel free to click on the "add to cart" button to test and find out the shipping charge for your entire order.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable through no fault of BabiesTravelLite.com, there will be a $ 10.00 fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to BabiesTravelLite.com.

Address Correction Fee

If there is an error in the shipping or destination address you enter during checkout and any part of the address is corrected by Babies Travel Lite, FedEx or another freight provider you will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee.


Shipments Lost In Transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, you must notify a BabiesTravelLite.com representative about the lost package at (888) 450-LITE within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date. Upon timely notification, BabiesTravelLite.com will issue the customer a full refund.

Since the loss of an order in transit is the legal liability of the carrier, BabiesTravelLite.com is not liable for any other damages or any other losses experienced by the order recipient as a result of the carrier loosing a shipment in transit.

Shipments Damaged In Transit

If a shipment is damaged in transit, you must notify a BabiesTravelLite.com representative about the damaged product at (888) 450-LITE within 10 days of your arrival date. Since product damaged in transit is the legal liability of the carrier, BabiesTravelLite.com is not liable for any other damages or any other losses experienced by the order recipient as a result of the carrier damaging an order in transit. See RETURN POLICY for a discussion of how to return damaged product to BabiesTravelLite.com for credit or new product.

Shipments Delayed In Transit

If a shipment is delayed in transit and is not at your destination on the scheduled arrival date, please contact a BabiesTravelLite.com representative within 1day of your scheduled arrival at (888) 450-LITE. You will have the following three options regarding how to proceed:

 

  1. You can keep your order when it arrives at your destination and BabiesTravelLite.com will refund your shipping charge.
  2. BabiesTravelLite.com will arrange for the order to be returned to BabiesTravelLite.com and we will issue you a full refund.
  3. You can have your order sent to a new destination via Regular Ground.

When you speak to a BabiesTravelLite.com representative simply inform them of your choice and they will take care of the rest. Since delays in transit are the legal liability of the carrier, BabiesTravelLite.com is not liable for any other damages or any other losses experienced by the order recipient as a result of a carrier not delivering an order as scheduled.

 

Shipments Not Received On Time

If an order is not received on the scheduled arrival date as a result of an error on the part of BabiesTravelLite.com, we will offer you the following options:

1. You can keep your order when it arrives at your destination and BabiesTravelLite.com will refund your convenience charge.
2. BabiesTravelLite.com will arrange for the order to be returned to BabiesTravelLite.com and we will issue you a full refund.
3. You can have your order sent to a new destination via Regular Ground and BabiesTravelLite.com will refund your convenience charge.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
