To shop at BabiesTravelLite.com, simply click on a product suitcase, on one of the product category links on the left hand tool bar, or on any product description or photograph. You can also search for products by using the search box or for your favorite brand by using the search by brand box. Other tips:
- Grey and underlined words are links. Links are connections to other parts of the store. Most links are underlined and all links are colored grey or blue (grey links will turn blue after you have been to their page).
- Clicking the "back" button on your browser's tool bar will take you back to the previous page.
- Use the scroll bar on the right side of your screen to move up and down on any given page.
- Use the scroll bar on the bottom of your screen to move right or left on any given page. This might be necessary on some screens depending upon your monitor settings.

- Rapid Reorder - To use the rapid reorder feature, save your cart when you are finished shopping. At a future date you can click on rapid reorder to view your saved carts then simply select the desired cart, make any changes you wish and place your order. Create Your BabiesTravelLite.com Account
Creating a BabiesTravelLite.com account is easy. Follow the simple steps below:
- Click on "My Account" on the left side green navigation bar. This will take you to the login screen.
- Click on the green "Create Account" button. This will take you to the customer account information screen.
- Choose a Login/Username that is easy to remember. Your login must not include any spaces.
- Enter the Email address where Babies Travel Lite can send your password in the event you can't remember it.
- Select and confirm your password. Choose a password that is easy to remember. Your password must not include any spaces.
- Choose whether you want Babies Travel Lite to remember you by checking "Remember Me?". See "REMEMBER ME?" below for a description of the "Remember Me?" feature.
- Enter in the required customer account information.
- Click on the "Save" button. You will be returned to the BabiesTravelLite.com home page. You are now logged in and ready to begin shopping or you can continue to check out by clicking on "View Cart" on the top green navigation bar.
Maintaining Your BabiesTravelLite.com Account
We've made maintaining your BabiesTravelLite.com account simple. Click on "My Account" on the left green navigation bar. Make any necessary changes to your information and click the "Save" button. You must use this method if you want to change your login/username or your password.
Babies Travel Lite respects your privacy. Your information will only be used by Babies Travel Lite to enhance your shopping experience. Please refer to our PRIVACY POLICY for further details.
Remember Me?
Checking the "Remember Me" box will allow Babies Travel Lite to automatically log you in on future visits. You can always change your choice by clicking on "My Account" on the left side green navigation bar and either removing the check from the "Remember Me?" box or by logging out.
Login
Login when you visit BabiesTravelLite.com if you want to take advantage of special site features. See WHY CREATE A BABIESTRAVELLITE.COM ACCOUNT. You will need to login/username on each visit if you have not checked the Remember Me? box. See REMEMBER ME? for more information.
To login simply click on "Login" on the top green navigation bar. Enter your login/username and password and click the "Login" button. If you can't remember either your login/username or your password, click on "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password?" and Babies Travel Lite will email you the answer.
Ordering Online
The reason BabiesTravelLite.com exists is to make your life easier. We have designed our site to make it as simple as possible for you to browse around and find exactly what you're looking for, and placing an order with BabiesTravelLite.com is as easy as pressing a button :
Step 1 -- Shopping
As you are browsing our store, any time you see a product you'd like to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Adding the product to the cart means that BabiesTravelLite.com will remember the information about that particular item when you are ready to check out. At any time, while you are shopping you can click on "View Cart" to see all the items you have placed in your cart. You can always modify the quantity you are ordering or remove a product from your cart from this screen.
Step 2 -- Your BabiesTravelLite.com Shopping Cart
Once you've selected the products you'd like to order, you can 1) click on the red "Check Out" button at the bottom of any product page or 2) click on "View Cart" in the top navigation bar and BabiesTravelLite.com will show you everything that's in your shopping cart. You can make sure that the products you've chosen are correct and that you have selected the right quantity. If you decide you don't want an item that's in your cart or you want a different quantity you can make these changes now.
You will now have the option of saving your cart by entering a nickname for your cart and clicking on the "Save Cart" button. By saving your cart you can complete your shopping at another time or use our Rapid Reorder feature when you need to shop for future trips. Make sure you are logged in as a registered user first or you cart will not be saved. See FINISH SHOPPING LATER for a description of how to restore your saved order. See RAPID REORDER for a description of the rapid reorder feature.
Once you are sure that your shopping cart is correct, you can go back to shopping, save your basket if you need to finish shopping at a later time, save your basket to let you use our rapid reorder feature to place future orders or you can continue to check out from BabiesTravelLite.com.
Step 3 -- Checking Out
During this process we will show you your entire order for review and gather your personal information. The first step is to review your shopping cart and make any necessary changes. You can modify the quantity of any item you have ordered or remove product from your cart.
After you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click on the red "Continue Check Out" button to proceed. You will now be given the otpion of a Destination delivery or Home delivery.
Destination deliveries are for orders that are going to hotels, resorts or anytime you need an order faster than 3 weeks. For example, a destination order could go to your home because you need a car seat carrier shipped to you before you leave for Florida in 8 days. When you select Destination, you will be asked asked to enter your customer information, your destination and arrival information, and your billing information.
If you are going to a rental home and no one will be there to receive the package, please give us the phone number of the office and reference that the order is for a rental home in the Property Name field. This way we can check with the property manager to decide the best way to deliver the package so it is safely waiting for you the day you arrive.
If your destination is International but you are having a box sent to your home so you can check it on the airplane, please indicate International Order in the Property Name field so we can be sure to properly pack the box for an international flight.
When all of the required information has been entered, click on the "Continue" button. Please review the information summary carefully to ensure it is accurate. Use the back button to return to a previous screen and modify any information that is incorrect.
Home deliveries are for shipment being delivered to a home or office where the delivery date is not time sensitive. Choosing the Home Delivery option will change the Destination Information fields from a vacation destination to a home address. You will automatically be charged our standard $5 convenience charge and your order will ship FedEx Ground within two weeks. Your order may should ship the same business day, unless some of your items are not in stock. We will ship your order the day all of your items are in stock.
If you need your order to be shipped sooner than two weeks, place your order on the Destination option and fill out the required fields with your home information. Use the "Arrival Date" to notify us of the date you need the items at your home. You will be charged the appropriate convenience charge and shipping charges.
If you have a BabiesTravelLite.com account and you are logged in, your permanent account information will be filled in automatically saving you valuable time. If you wish to logon or create an account, simply click on the login link on the top navigation bar.
Step 4 -- Coupon Codes & Gift Certificates
If you have a Babies Travel Lite coupon, enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code box to receive your discount. Your discount will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you have more than one coupon, enter each code separately. Maximum discount with coupons is $5 per order.
If you have received a Babies Travel Lite gift certificate and wish to redeem it, enter the gift certificate key code into the Gift Certificate Box. The amount of the gift certificate will automatically be deducted from your order total. If you are redeeming more than one gift certificate, enter each gift certificate key code separately. The redeemed gift certificate will be reflected in your cart.
The Ship It Home option can be selected during the check out process by clicking the Ship It Home check box. Use this option to ship any un-used supplies and any other items (dirty clothes, souvenirs, etc.) back to your billing address. Please note that supplies can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please send us an email with the alternate shipping address.
We will include a roll of super strength packing tape with dispenser, a FedEx return label and detailed instructions in your box. Simply keep the box your shipment arrives in and when your trip is over, fill the box with the unused products and other items, affix the prepaid FedEx label, and leave the box at the hotel front desk. Not staying at a hotel? Your box is ready to be shipped and can be dropped off at any FedEx or Kinkos location without waiting in line.
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of the return shipment. You will be charged the current FedEx Ground rates based on the weight of the box and the distance from the shipping location to your home.
Step 5 -- Payment
Enter your credit card information here. Using the dropdown menu select the type of card you wish to use. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Then enter in your credit card number and the expiration date. When your credit card information has been entered and everything on your order meets your satisfaction, click on "Send Order". Please click on "Send Order" only once. Be patient it might take a moment to process your order.
Step 6 -- Invoice
Once you see this screen, your order has been processed. Your baby supplies will be waiting for you at your travel destination. You can print a copy of this invoice for your records. Typically, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order. The email will show your order number as well as a summary of your customer information and your product order.
Ordering By Toll-Free Phone

Before you call, place the products you wish to purchase in your shopping cart online. When you are finished shopping click on "View Cart". At the bottom of your cart you will see a box where you can save your cart with a nickname. Follow the instructions for saving your cart at FINISH SHOPPING LATER. Once your cart has been saved call a Babies Travel Lite representative at (888) 450 - LITE and give them the name of your saved cart. The representative will pick-up your cart and complete your order. Callers outside the US who do not have access to toll free numbers can call 1-310-391-2200.

Finish Shopping Later
At Babies Travel Lite we understand that you have a busy life that can be filled with interruptions. We know that you won't always have time to finish what you start. Since we exist to make your life easier, we made sure that you could save your cart before you are finished shopping and come back later to complete your order.

To save your cart follow the simple steps below:
- Click on "View Cart" on the top green navigation bar.
- Enter a nickname for the cart you have created and click the "Save Cart" button.
- You should see s message that "Your cart has been saved", and you may leave BabiesTravelLite.com and return later to finish your shopping.
To restore your cart follow the simple steps below:
- Make sure you are logged in to BabiesTravelLite.com. Babies Travel Lite will remember you automatically if you checked the Remember Me? box when you created your account. See REMEMBER ME? if you want to know more. If you need to login click on "Login" on the top green navigation bar.
- Click on "Rapid Reorder" on the left green navigation bar.
- Click on the cart nickname to view the contents of the cart.
- Click on ReOrder to restore the items you had previously selected to your shopping cart.
- Modify the contents or quantity of the product added to your cart.
- You may now continue shopping or continue in the check out process.
Rapid Reorder
At Babies Travel Lite our goal is to make it easier for you to travel with your young children. Use rapid reorder to order the same items for future trips without having to take the time to shop. You can modify the contents of your cart and the quantity of the items once you have selected the cart you wish to reorder. You can only use one saved cart per order.
