When will my order arrive at my travel destination?


US Destinations (does not include Puerto Rico or other US territories)
Orders being sent via FedEx Ground are, generally, timed to arrive at your destination two days before your scheduled arrival date. We schedule your order to arrive in advance to ensure we have time to correct any FedEx shipping problems. We will make every effort to FedEx a replacement order if your order experiences delivery problems. On the rare occasion when this happens our customers are not aware there was ever a problem because you receive your order on time.

If you are traveling to a vacation rental or any destination where no one will be available in advance to receive your order, date specific and delivery by appointment are shipping options offered by FedEx in many locations. Please make sure you let Babies Travel Lite know if your package can't be received before your arrival date so we can make the necessary special arrangements.

Orders being sent via FedEx Express because your order date is close to your arrival date will be shipped as soon as possible to give Babies Travel Lite the most time to correct any FedEx shipping problems.

International Destinations (including Puerto Rico and other US territories)
Shipment timing for international orders is country dependent. Babies Travel Lite has extensive international shipping experience and makes decisions about the timing of international orders based upon that experience. You can place your order online with confidence; the Babies Travel Lite online order system will make the appropriate shipping selection. You will be contacted by a Babies Travel Lite representative if there are any concerns about your order arriving at your destination before your arrival date because of individual country requirements or other customs issues.
