  • Why does Babies Travel Lite charge a Convenience Charge?

Babies Travel Lite no longer charges a convenience charge but our service still goes far beyond what you get if you order from a standard online grocery, a standard online drug store or any other baby supply delivery company.

  1. We offer over 1,500 products to make sure you can get everything you need for taking care of your baby in one place.
  2. Stock or shop for the items you order instead of telling you the products you need are not available.
  3. Fill special requests. If we can get it—you can have it where you need it.
  4. If, on a rare occasion, we are not able to get an item in stock, we will contact you to discuss product alternatives instead of you learning about an out of stock item on a packing slip after you've arrived at your destination.
  5. Confirm delivery instructions with the destination.
  6. Our shopping cart system chooses the appropriate shipping method for your order based upon your arrival date. You don't have to guess at how to ship your order.
  7. Time the shipment to arrive when you do. Avoids your being charged storage fees at your destination.
  8. Set up date specific and appointment delivery if required.
  9. Specially mark each box with branded packing tape and individually personalized stickers to ensure it is recognized and properly handled at the destination.
  10. Track each box with FedEx to ensure that it is delivered before your arrival.
  11. Call hotels, resorts or rental offices to confirm they know a box has been delivered for you and confirm where it is being held.
  12. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
  13. You will receive an email when your order has been delivered telling you where at your destination they are holding the package for your arrival.
  14. Your order is 100% guaranteed to be at your destination on your arrival date.
  15. We reship packages that are delayed, lost or damaged during shipping before you arrive at your destination. You never even hear about the problem.
  16. If you arrive at your destination and have any difficulty, a Babies Travel Lite representative will be happy to call the destination and work with them to get you your package.
  17. We have emergency customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On evenings, weekends, and holidays, we will generally respond to urgent customer service needs within 6 hours.
  18. For international orders, we have in-depth knowledge about the customs laws for each country thereby ensuring you won't have a problem with your order.
