Changes
BabiesTravelLite.com will allow for a change in the shipping destination up to 8 days prior to the arrival date. Change of a shipping destination must be made directly with a BabiesTravelLite.com representative at (888) 450-LITE. Changes will not be accepted via e-mail or voice mail. When a customer requests a change in shipping destination they agree to pay any additional shipping charge above the original shipping charge included in their original order. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded.
BabiesTravelLite.com will not accept a change of a shipping destination for any order within 7 days of the arrival date. If your plans change within 7 days of the arrival date of your order, your order will have entered the BabiesTravelLite.com shipping process. Please contact BabiesTravelLite.com at (888) 450-LITE to discuss your order.
Product or Quantity Change
BabiesTravelLite.com reserves the right to refuse to change the product or quantity of product in any order. However, it is our mission at BabiesTravelLite.com to make traveling with small children easy and enjoyable. Please contact a customer service representative to discuss your request.
Cancellations
BabiesTravelLite.com will not accept the cancellation of any order within 7 days of the arrival date. Please refer to the chart below for details of our order cancellation policy for any cancellation date prior to 7 days before arrival.

If a package sent by BabiesTravelLite.com is refused through no fault of BabiesTravelLite.com, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to BabiesTravelLite.com.
BabiesTravelLite.com reserves the right to refuse to allow the cancellation of any order of any special request item.
