This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order(s).
Please allow up to one hour for your order information to be updated in our systems.
Checking the status of your order:
You will need your order number and the zip code to where your order is being shipped.
An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your order. If you need help understanding your Order Status Message, please refer to the Order Status Glossary.
After your order is shipped a tracking number will be displayed. You can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order on FedEx.com.
