Changing Your Order – Products or Quantity

If you have placed an order and would like to modify your order, please email us or contact a customer service representative at 888-450-5483 ASAP. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is usually a relatively small window of time in which to cancel your order. If a package sent by Babies Travel Lite is refused through no fault of Babies Travel Lite, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to Babies Travel Lite.

Cancellations

If your order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse, there will be a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the order product total.
