INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to hotel, resorts and other travel destinations worldwide. However, as a result of the complex nature of international shipping, with the numerous shipping restrictions and regulations that each country places on incoming packages, BabiesTravelLite.com is currently not able to fully automate international orders. You can place your order online but not complete it online because any applicable customs duty and taxes will need to be added. BabiesTravelLite.com will compute those amounts and contact you for final approval of your order.

We, also, accept incoming international orders with international billing information for orders with United States shipping or delivery destinations. These orders can be placed on the the website or you can call 1-310-391-2200 to speak with a representative.

The best way to place an order for a destination outside the United States is to place your order online and wait for BabiesTravelLite.com to contact you to finalize the charges and your order. If you prefer to work with a representative you should CREATE AN ACCOUNT or LOGIN if you already have an account, add all of your items to your cart, and when you are finished, click on view cart in the upper right corner and save your cart. After you have saved your cart, call Customer Service at (888) 450-5483 and one of our representatives will grab your cart and complete your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Many countries have international shipping restrictions and the list below is not comprehensive. If the country you are traveling to is not on the list below, a Babies Travel Lite representative will inform you of any restrictions before your international order is finalized.

MEXICO -- We are unable to ship to Mexico. Mexican customs regulations and arbitrary enforcement of unwritten regulations make it impossible for us to know shipments will clear customs and be waiting for you upon your arrival. As such, we instead have decided to cease shipping to Mexico.

INDIA -- We are unable to ship any food or beverages into India due to Indian import regulations. All other products available from Babies Travel Lite can be shipped into India without restriction.

THAILAND -- We are unable to ship any food or beverages into Thailand due to Thai import regulations. Toys require special import permits and cannot be shipped by Babies Travel Lite at this time. Medicines, lotions and other similar products are subject to Thai Food and Drug Administration review that can delay customs clearance.
