How do I redeem my Babies Travel Lite Gift Certificate?
To redeem a Babies Travel Lite Gift Certificate you were given follow these few easy steps.

1. Shop on line for all the products you need.
2. When your order is complete proceed to check out.
3. You'll see a "Redeem Gift Certificate" area on the 2nd step of the Checkout process in a section called “Do you have a Gift Certificate or Coupon?”.
4. On this screen you'll need to first choose your Shipping and Payment options, then enter your "Gift Certificate Key" in the area provided and click the "Redeem" button.
5. After you click the "Redeem" button you will remain on the same screen. A message will display in the Gift Certificate area to let you know if your Gift Certificate Key was accepted or if you entered the Key incorrectly.
6. If you have a Coupon Code to redeem as well, you must redeem your Coupon Code AFTER you redeem your Gift Certificate Key.

Can I use my Gift Certificate for more than one purchase?
Babies Travel Lite Gift Certificates can be used for as many purchases as you like until the balance reaches zero.

What if my order costs more than the value of my Gift Certificate?
If your Gift Certificate balance doesn’t cover the total cost of your order, we request a credit card number and charge the remaining amount to your credit card.

Can I check the balance remaining on my Gift Certificate?
You can check your balance over the phone during regular customer service hours by calling a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483. You will need your Gift Certificate Key to complete your request.

What is a Gift Certificate Key?
The Gift Certificate Key is the long code of letters and numbers located on your Gift Certificate.

Can I return a Gift Certificate?
No! Gift Certificates are non-returnable.

Can I use a Gift Certificate to purchase a Gift Certificate?
No! Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase Gift Certificates.

Can I use a coupon when I purchase a Gift Certificate?
No coupons or other discounts can't be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
