E-mails About My Order
After you place your order, you will receive emails about your order status*. Below are some examples of emails you might receive:
- Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order, and includes your order number. We recommend that you keep this email for your records.
- You Have Cancelled Your Order. This email confirms that your order has been cancelled at your request. Keep this email for your records.
- Unable to Process Your Cancel Request. This email is sent when we are unable to process your cancel request.
- Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order has been shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, the item itself, and the destination address specified for the item.
- Important Notice About Your Order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship your item(s) to the address provided, or a product you have ordered is not available. Should you receive a notice like this, please respond to the email with the information requested or call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-450-5483 immediately for assistance.
- You Have Placed An International Order. When you initially place an international order it is not considered final. You will receive an initial email showing the international charges as “To Be Calculated”. Once the international department has computed the customs duties, foreign taxes and brokerage and other fees that might apply to your order, you will receive an updated invoice via email. You MUST respond to the email if you wish to have your order sent to your international destination.
- Delivery Confirmation. This email confirms that your order has been delivered. The email will show the delivery time and other information about the delivery. If you receive a delivery confirmation email and have not received your package, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-450-5483 immediately for assistance.
- You Are Traveling To A Hotel, Resort or Spa. You will receive an email detailing where at your destination your package is being held and who we received the information from. This information will come in handy if they try to tell you upon check in that there is no package waiting for you. On rare occasions we are unable to confirm this information with the destination, if you experience trouble on check in and have not received an email, please feel free to call customer service for assistance.

You will only receive email about your order if you enter your email address when prompted during check-out. You must enter it in either the destination or shipping information section and the billing information section to ensure that you receive all of the email about your order.
