Damaged Items


Babies Travel Lite strives to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Unfortunately packages may be damaged during the shipping process. Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately if you find that your shipment has damage please follow the detailed instructions below:
  1. Report any discrepancies or damages to a Babies Travel Lite representative at 888-450-5483 or by e-mail. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCT.
  2. Babies Travel Lite must report all damages immediately to FedEx. FedEx may choose to collect the package for inspection. If after consulting with FedEx it is determined that FedEx wants to inspect the box, a Babies Travel Lite representative will give you detailed instructions of how FedEx will collect the package. YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT.
  3. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT.
  4. KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INNER PACKING MATERIAL.
  5. You may use any undamaged products in your order. You will NOT receive a refund for any items you claim are damaged but do not return either because you use them damaged or dispose of them.
  6. If you are at a travel destination, a Babies Travel Lite representative will work with you to determine how to replace the damaged items immediately if it is feasible or we will issue you a refund after the FedEx claim is processed.
  7. If you are not at a destination, we will work with you to determine how to replace the damaged items or issue you a refund after the FedEx claim is processed.

NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR INNER PACKING MATERIAL.

DO NOT START A SHIPPING CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. We, the sender, MUST initiate any and all shipping claims
