order placed at least 15 days prior to your arrival at your

convenience charge on other than standard orders. If you choose "Home Delivery" upon checkout, you will be charged the Standard convenience charge.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Express. FedEx rates are based on package weight, destination and shipping method.
When traveling internationally, keep in mind that many countries have import restrictions and most international orders are subject to customs duty, taxes and/or other fees.
